Made with grass-fed and finished bovine bones from a regenerative farm, this product may provide support of optimal bone mineral composition and overall bone strength.

This complex contains all the natural elements of healthy bone including the essential minerals calcium and phosphorous (in their ideal ratio of 2:1), growth factors, type I collagen, glycosaminoglycans and a broad range of other trace elements.

Directions: 

Take 2-6 capsules at any point throughout the day. Each jar contains 60 capsules (30-60 day supply) and each capsule is 375mg.

Just two of Whole Bone Matrix capsules contain roughly 20% of the daily requirement for Calcium and Phosphorous. To get enough of these two key minerals for bone health through diet, the general recommendation is consume 3 portions of dairy per day. 

Depending on how much dairy you eat, this is the recommended for Whole Bone Matrix: 
a) If you have 0 portions, take 10 caps = £1.46 per day // tub lasts 24 days 
b) If you have 1 portion, take 6 caps = 0.88p per day // tub lasts 40 days
