Primeadine® GF is a potent blend of three cell renewal activators and anti-inflammatories – spermidine (Okinawan chlorella), nobiletin (Okinawan citrus lime peel), and curcumin (Okinawan turmeric) – all sourced from the longevity islands of Okinawa, Japan.

Warnings:

Contraindications:

The formula contains some naturally occurring Vitamin K2 which is a coagulating agent. If you take blood thinning medication, it is recommended you avoid taking this alongside it.
Hemochromatosis: Due to the naturally-occurring iron content, please discuss with your healthcare practitioner before taking if you have this condition.
Please do not take it if you're allergic to chlorella, citrus, or turmeric. If you experience any negative effects or reactions, please discontinue use immediately.

Directions:

Take 2 tablets per day with liquid at mealtime. You may also grind tablets and add to smoothies.

For long-term use:

We suggest taking Primeadine® with your last meal to kickstart autophagy before bed, or with your breakfast to extend the benefits of your overnight fast.

For first-time use:

The first time you take it we recommend working up to the full daily dosage over 2 consecutive days.

Day 1: Take 1 tablet with water at mealtime.

Day 2: Take 2 tablets with water at mealtime and if well tolerated, remain at this dose.

Delivery of Products

Products will be dispatched using third-party providers such as Royal Mail or overnight courier services. You will be notified of your delivery by email or text and provided updates as to its progress. If you need to change your delivery options or request the parcel to be left in a safe place, you can do so with the overnight courier but not with Royal Mail. Other delivery options are available on request.

Tracking of Orders

You will be notified of your delivery throughout its journey by email or text by our third-party providers and given updates as to its progress.

Returns and Refunds

At Gut and Health, we want you to be delighted with the products you purchase from us.

However, if you wish to return the item purchased, refunds will only be given if the item is posted back to us within 14 days of it having been despatched. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage.

Refunds will only be given if the item is in its original, unopened packaging. If the item has been opened, used, incomplete, or damaged, a refund will not be given unless the product is found to be faulty.

If the delivery costs are not met, then we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to reach you. Monies will be sent to the debit or credit card that you used to make the purchase. Your rights to return the items do not apply once the 14 day period has expired.

Testing Kits

Refunds or free re-tests are not possible in the circumstances where an insufficient or incorrect sample has been taken. Customers must ensure they strictly adhere to the testing guidelines provided otherwise additional costs and delays may be incurred.

If your testing kit has been purchased from our website and already dispatched, you can return it unopened and unused with the original packaging for a refund within 14 days of it having been dispatched. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage.

If your testing kit has already been opened, used, or is incomplete or damaged, we are unable to provide a refund, although a refund will be given if the product is faulty. Where applicable, and in order to cover our costs for the test kit and its delivery, we reserve the right to offer a refund less £35.00 as our administration fee.
