What is The Elevator?

The Elevator is a scientifically developed female focused health supplement with 23 premium, active ingredients that are specifically formulated to support energy, immunity and hormonal balance, all in one convenient sachet. The Elevator addresses the needs of the female physiology and is delivered in a powder form to allow you to take the equivalent of 7 tablets in one daily drink. It contains an optimum powerful dose of CoQ10, vitamin B Complex with biotin, vitamin C, D3 and K2, magnesium, zinc and more.

How does it work?

The Elevator is a comprehensive approach to female nutrition, delivering the most bioactive nutrients in scientifically researched dosages and natural forms to supplement the nutritional deficiencies that frequently cause women to experience symptoms of fatigue, poor immunity and hormonal imbalance as they age. The ease of a powder sachet allows the ingredients to be dissolved in water for optimal absorption into the body.

Should I take The Elevator if I suffer from Hashimoto's Disease?

Hashimoto's Disease is an autoimmune condition of the thyroid gland. Stimulating the thyroid gland triggers the autoimmune aspect of this condition to become more active, causing damage to the thyroid gland. Iodine is a natural mineral that stimulates the production of thyroid hormone and thyroid activity. The Elevator is not suitable for anyone diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease as it contains iodine.

Warnings:

If pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any kind of medication, or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare practitioner before using this product.

Do not exceed the recommended dose, unless advised by your healthcare practitioner. 

Not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women, or by those taking selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) or monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO) medications.

How should The Elevator be taken?

Step 1. Empty sachet into a glass or water bottle

Step 2. Add water, favourite juice or smoothie

Step 3. Stir and enjoy

We recommend that you take one sachet daily in the morning mixed with 100ml of water, juice, or smoothie. Be sure to stir it well or even use a frother (we left out suspension agents for a more natural product). Then knock it back. For maximum absorption, we recommend that you leave a 15 min gap between taking the Elevator and other food or beverages.

Delivery of Products

We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check-out procedure.

Products will be dispatched using third-party providers such as Royal Mail or overnight courier services. You will be notified of your delivery by email or text and provided updates as to its progress. If you need to change your delivery options or request the parcel to be left in a safe place, you can do so with the overnight courier but not with Royal Mail. Other delivery options are available on request.

Tracking of Orders

You will be notified of your delivery throughout its journey by email or text by our third-party providers and given updates as to its progress.

Returns and Refunds

At Gut and Health, we want you to be delighted with the products you purchase from us.

However, if you wish to return the item purchased, refunds will only be given if the item is posted back to us within 14 days of it having been despatched. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage.

Refunds will only be given if the item is in its original, unopened packaging. If the item has been opened, used, incomplete, or damaged, a refund will not be given unless the product is found to be faulty.

If the delivery costs are not met, then we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to reach you. Monies will be sent to the debit or credit card that you used to make the purchase. Your rights to return the items do not apply once the 14 day period has expired.

Testing Kits

Refunds or free re-tests are not possible in the circumstances where an insufficient or incorrect sample has been taken. Customers must ensure they strictly adhere to the testing guidelines provided otherwise additional costs and delays may be incurred.

If your testing kit has been purchased from our website and already dispatched, you can return it unopened and unused with the original packaging for a refund within 14 days of it having been dispatched. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage.

If your testing kit has already been opened, used, or is incomplete or damaged, we are unable to provide a refund, although a refund will be given if the product is faulty. Where applicable, and in order to cover our costs for the test kit and its delivery, we reserve the right to offer a refund less £35.00 as our administration fee.
