Dosage

• 3 sprays delivers 3000IU (75μg (micrograms)) of vitamin D plus 75μg (micrograms) of vitamin K2.
• Use 3 sprays a day (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner). Can be taken together or separately.
• Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.

Directions

Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.

Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.

Replace the cap after use.

Vitamin D3 High Strength is designed to offer high strength vitamin D support, particularly for those who may have low levels of vitamin D.

Vitamin D3 plays an important role in supporting a healthy, balanced immune system. Low vitamin D levels, which are common amongst the UK population, particularly during winter, may compromise our immune response and leave us at risk of infection. 

It is also needed for bone health - without it, our bodies cannot absorb calcium which is critical for strong bones and is needed for muscle function. This is important in older people who may be more at risk of falling, a risk factor for fractures. It is also very important for the normal growth & development of bones in children.

Warnings

Suitable for those who may be deficient in vitamin D, or have insufficient levels and require extra vitamin D.

This product contains vitamin D3 which is derived from lanolin (sheep wool). It is, therefore, suitable for vegetarians but not vegans.

We recommend regular vitamin D testing when taking this product.

This colostrum is from grass-fed cattle and is ethically sourced after the calf has been fully nourished.  The milk is sprayed dried into a powder, which is packed with nutrients, peptides and growth factors.

Each product contains 150g which equates to 30-50 servings.

Colostrum can be used to support different health areas and the dosage will vary. 
-Boost Immunity = 3-8 grams per day

- Aid lean muscle growth / bone health = 10 grams per day

Colostrum can be taken at any time throughout the day.
