It’s best to take with meals for better absorption and for getting into what we call the omega-3-is-life routine.
You can do whatever works for you. Either take them all at the same time so you don’t forget or spread them out across your meals. Lunch and dinner work well.
We don’t recommend breaking the capsules open to give to children as it’s fiddly and you’ll waste the oil. They’re very small so they’re easy to swallow. If not, a better option is Life & Soul Liquid or Action Heroes.
