Ashwagandha 500mg Capsules provide a high potency ashwagandha extract as KSM-66®, which has been extensively studied and documented. Ashwagandha, (Withania somnifera) has a long history of traditional use in supporting stress, anxiety, memory, cognitive function, energy, and vitality.
