Directions

Take 6 capsules twice daily with at least 12 oz (350ml) of water, or 4 capsules three times daily with at least 8 oz (230ml) of water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

KIKi Health's Activated Charcoal Capsules are a finely reduced powder (5-10 microns), which presents a huge surface area for the absorption of unwanted substances. When taken orally or used on teeth or skin it works like a sponge to soak up contaminants.

Activated charcoal contributes to reducing excessive flatulence after eating.

The beneficial effect is obtained with 1g which should be taken at least 30 minutes before and 1g shortly after the meal.

Directions: 

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 2 - 4 capsules after meals, 3 times a day with water.

Caution:

Activated charcoal is good at trapping chemicals and prevents their absorption, therefore, it is advised to take activated charcoal at least one hour after medications or food supplements you take by mouth.
